Yes, we offer a full range of packing materials including sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, and tape. We can deliver these to your location prior to the move, or bring them on the day if you opt for our packing service.
Are my belongings insured during transit?
Absolutely. We are fully insured with Public Liability and Transit Insurance. This covers your goods while they are being loaded, transported, and unloaded. For high-value items, we recommend discussing specific valuation coverage with our team.
Can you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes, our team is equipped with tools to dismantle standard furniture items such as bed frames and tables. We will reassemble them at your new property to ensure they are ready for use.
What happens if it rains on moving day?
We move rain or shine. Our trucks are waterproof, and our team uses covers and shrink wrap to protect your furniture from moisture. We take extra care to lay down floor protection in your home to prevent tracking in mud or water.
Are there any hidden fees?
Transparency is core to our business. We provide a clear breakdown of costs in your quote. The only time additional charges may apply is if the inventory changes significantly or access conditions at the property are different than described (e.g., unexpected stairs).
